CenterFest Arts Festival in Durham, North Carolina
Following a two-year pause due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the CenterFest arts celebration returned to the streets of downtown Durham, N.C., on Sept. 17-18, 2022. The event, which began in 1974, is organized by the Durham Arts Council and brings together a mix of musical and dance performances on multiple stages. Shoppers can browse the booths of area artists in ceramics, painting, jewelry, sculpture, woodworking and other fine arts.
